1. Data Controller

2. What Data We Process

We only process data necessary to fulfil your order and operate the e-shop:

• Identification and contact details: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number. • Delivery address: street, city, postal code, country. • Payment information: payment transactions are processed directly by the Stripe payment gateway — we do not store card numbers or sensitive payment data. • Photos and Creative Sheet content: photos you upload while creating a Creative Sheet, and any text you enter. This data is stored solely for the purpose of producing the ordered product.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — processing your order, producing and delivering goods, customer support. • Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — bookkeeping and tax records for the period required by law (10 years). • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — fraud prevention and technical security.

4. Retention Period

Personal data associated with an order is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 3 years thereafter for the purposes of any complaints. Accounting records are archived for 10 years as required by law. Photos and Creative Sheet content are deleted once the order is completed, and no later than 90 days after the order is delivered.

5. Recipients and Data Transfers

We do not sell or provide your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. We only share data with processors strictly necessary for operation of the e-shop:

• Shipping companies (delivery of shipments). • Stripe, Inc. (payment processing). • Supabase, Inc. (cloud database and storage). • Vercel, Inc. (application hosting).

All processors are bound by contractual data protection obligations in accordance with the GDPR.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected, erased ("right to be forgotten"), and to restrict its processing or request data portability. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

7. Cookies

This website uses technical cookies necessary for the application to function (login, cart, editor). We also use analytics and marketing cookies to help us understand customer behavior on the e-shop.

This policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you by e-mail of any material changes. The current version is always available on this page.
