Terms and Conditions

1. Operator and Basic Information

The online store at mycreativestamp.com is operated by DVKS s.r.o., Company ID (IČO): 14248328, with its registered office at Nad Studánkou 393, 251 01 Světice, Czech Republic (hereinafter the "Seller").

2. Order and Conclusion of the Contract

Orders are placed either through the online editor (Creative Sheet) or by selecting a product in the e-shop and adding it to the cart. By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The contract is concluded when the Seller sends an order confirmation e-mail. The Seller reserves the right to decline an order in the event of stock unavailability or a technical error.

3. Price and Payment

Prices in the e-shop include VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices. The price valid at the moment the order is submitted is binding for the buyer.

Payment is processed via the Stripe payment gateway (payment card). The order is processed once payment has been received.

4. Shipping and Delivery Times

We ship goods to addresses within the Czech Republic and abroad. The standard time to prepare a shipment for dispatch is 1–2 business days from order (payment) confirmation. For personalized products (Creative Sheet), this period is 1–5 business days due to production time.

Shipping is charged according to the current price list shown when choosing a shipping method in the cart.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract

The buyer — as a consumer — has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, except for custom-made goods (personalized products such as a Creative Sheet with your own photographs), for which the right of withdrawal does not apply under Section 1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code.

Send withdrawal notices by e-mail to info@mycreativestamp.com. Please return the goods undamaged at your own expense.

6. Complaints and Liability for Defects

All goods carry a 24-month warranty period. To file a complaint, please send an e-mail with a photo of the defect and your order number. Complaints will be resolved within 30 days at the latest.

In the case of a justified complaint, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available at /ochrana-osobnich-udaju.

8. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are valid from 1 January 2025. The Seller reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.

Disputes may be resolved out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
