How long does producing and delivering a Creative Sheet take?
We make a custom Creative Sheet within 1–5 business days of order confirmation and photo upload. Delivery time then depends on the shipping method you choose — usually 1–3 days within the Czech Republic, and varies by destination abroad.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online by card through the payment gateway (both payment and order are confirmed instantly), or by bank transfer — payment instructions are sent by e-mail right after your order is completed.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, personal pickup is free at our partner In Arte veritas in the centre of Prague, near Prague Castle. Open daily 12–8 PM. Address: Tržiště 3, Malá Strana. Open in Google Maps. As soon as your order is ready for pickup, we'll let you know by e-mail.
